Walter J. Szymanski joined Everingham & Kerr in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Szymanski worked for a regional investment banking firm where he was responsible for developing leads and maintaining client relationships, as well as contributing to the due diligence process for key assignments. Before entering the financial industry, he spent 20 years in his family-owned business. As CEO, Mr. Szymanski gained extensive experience with unions, regulators, environmental, payroll and insurance dynamics. Mr. Szymanski graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from Thomas Edison State University, Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society in Business, Management, and Administration. Mr. Szymanski is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) from the International Business Broker Association (IBBA). Mr. Szymanski is also a Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI), and is a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA).
