Max joins E&K as a Director, where he works with privately held business owners to identify succession planning and merger and acquisition opportunities. He focuses on developing relationships, understanding clients' long-term objectives, and helping determine when a business may be well-positioned for a successful transition. Prior to joining Everingham & Kerr, Max built his career in sales, business development, and real estate, where he gained experience advising clients through complex financial decisions, negotiating transactions, and building long-term relationships. His background provides him with an appreciation for the challenges business owners face and the importance of leveraging the value they have built before an eventual exit. He is dedicated to understanding each client's unique objectives and helping facilitate successful ownership transitions.
