Joseph A. Vanore, Jr.

Joseph A. Vanore, Jr. Joseph A. Vanore, Jr. (jav@everkerr.com) joined Everingham & Kerr in 2001. He began his career on Wall Street with Salomon Smith Barney where he participated in IPOs, M&A and private placements for various Financial Institution, Internet, and Electronic Commerce clients.  Prior to joining E&K, Mr. Vanore worked for a major regional investment bank / private equity group where he provided a broad range of services in several areas. He has Global experience working with both National and International clients.  Mr. Vanore graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.

Mr. Vanore is an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA), an accreditation issued by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) for performing business valuations. Mr. Vanore is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and a Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI), a designation of which only approximately 80 individuals worldwide have been able to achieve. Both the CBI and M&AMI are highly coveted designations awarded by the M&A Source and the recognized symbol of professionalism in the M&A industry. Mr. Vanore is also a Chartered Merger and Acquisition Professional (CMAP), an elite credential issued by the Middle Market Investment Banking Association (MMIBA). To achieve the AVA, CBI, M&AMI, and CMAP designations, individuals must pre-qualify based on experience, submit documentation for board review and then take extensive educational courses, pass the required exams and case studies and continue ongoing education within the industry.

Mr. Vanore is an active member of various professional networking organizations and associations including the M&A Source, IBBA, NACVA, MMIBA and various other business organizations throughout the Delaware Valley. He formerly served as the President of LeTip International's locally based Cherry Hill, NJ chapter and has held numerous positions within the chapter. Mr. Vanore is also a licensed NJ real estate agent. He resides in Southern NJ with his wife and daughter.
