Herbert J. Hopkins
Herbert J. Hopkins (hh@everkerr.com) joined Everingham & Kerr, Inc. in 2007. Mr. Hopkins has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and turnarounds dating back to 1983 when he joined First Boston's equity group after completing his MBA at the Wharton School of Business. After eight years at First Boston, he went to work for Versus Corp., a prominent private equity investment group located in the Philadelphia region. For 12 years, Mr. Hopkins also owned and managed an industrial service and distribution business that represented several multinational companies headquartered throughout Europe and Asia. He most recently served as President of an independent merger and acquisition consulting practice which he is now merging into Everingham & Kerr, Inc. Mr. Hopkins is a graduate of Dartmouth College. He is on the board of directors of the Parkinson Council of Greater Philadelphia and is a past director of the Graphic Arts Association and STAFDA. Mr. Hopkins resides in Moorestown, New Jersey with his wife and three children. | |
